Art ii
course
The design of this course is inspired by a class I took at the Harvard Graduate School of Education,Thinking and Learning Today and Tomorrow: Project Zero Perspectives, taught by Carrie James and Edward Clapp.
I've designed the Art II course to guide students through a series of learning experiences and investigative projects. Students are asked to use thinking routines to imagine, and explore interdisciplinary ideas collaboratively. They are asked to challenge perceptions while making their learning visible via the art-making process. This is done through research, experimentation and exploration life-worthy questions. |
